Diddy claims jail feeds maggot-filled food in new bail plea

Sean "Diddy" Combs in "Untouchable"

Sean "Diddy" Combs is making headlines again — but this time it's from behind bars.

The music mogul, currently being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), is alleging he's facing inhumane conditions while awaiting sentencing. According to recent legal filings, Combs and fellow inmates are being served expired food, with some meals allegedly crawling with maggots. His lawyers submitted a photo of the spoiled food to support their claims.

The shocking allegations come as part of a renewed bail request filed by Combs' legal team, which also cited overcrowding, lack of proper ventilation, and extended lockdowns as further proof of the prison's harsh environment. Combs' attorneys argue these conditions violate basic human rights and are taking a toll on his physical and mental health.

Despite these claims, a federal judge denied bail, citing Combs as a potential flight risk and possible threat to witnesses. Prosecutors emphasized that his convictions — two prostitution-related offenses — warrant continued detention, especially with his sentencing scheduled for October.

Combs is also requesting a new trial, arguing that the Mann Act charges were misapplied and that his actions were not coercive or transactional in nature, but consensual. He’s asking the court to overturn his guilty verdict or grant a retrial on constitutional grounds.

While behind bars, Combs is reportedly trying to stay productive by participating in rehabilitation programs, writing essays, and working with other inmates.

Once one of the most powerful figures in entertainment, Combs now faces an uncertain future — both legally and personally. The shocking claims about his prison conditions have reignited public scrutiny, raising questions about prison standards and if a high-profile inmate speaking out on these conditions can bring more scrutiny to the conditions within prisons. ~Erin Grace

It amazes me how Diddler did not mind putting people through all kinds of pain & suffering. YET... When he has to suffer a little bit all we hear is WHINE, WHINE, WHINE from him and his Rich lawyer!! Let him rot in jail with all of these other creeps and be made to suffer the consequences for his actions!! I would not ever want to see him get out! The only one with morales is the judge in this case and NOT the stupid jurors!!!

Wow how he thinks he feels entitled. Well Most prisons in every state serve old food, food with bugs, the winters the cells are bitter cold enough to freeze drinks and in summer the cells are super hot. If they are going to let him out then they need to go to every prison and let others out too. Which it never going to happen. You caused pain and humiliations to others so live and go under a rock where you need to Diddy. No one feels for you.

Love the comments! I would only like to add, that he had his lawyers ask 'Dump Trump' to pardon him! Pretty sad, how the U.S. 'president' has done this for others. ALL of the criminals can line up to be next ...Hell on earth!

Poor fool. Doesn't he realize that having maggots in your food is allowable under the American health guides. How do I know? I watched John Quinones do a report on the health and safety of food items in the US. It's totally disgusting what is allowed, but hey. He did the crimes, let him do the time, maggots and all.

I'm not one to judge anyone. Whatever the outcome is, it is. Remember, he has to meet his maker one day and everything will have to be accounted for. Therefore, he didn't get away with anything.
