Fan Expo is back for another year and this time, it's been expanded to the full length of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. A new section has also been introduced to the line up – Sports. Fans of sport stars from past to present can get together in their own area that has celebrities from the Blue Jays World Series games to former Leaf stars who will be signing autographs and doing panels. Leading the star line up is WWF star Hulk Hogan. Fans lined up in the humid sun yesterday for the opening of Fan Expo and spent the day wandering around, getting used to the new layout and finding their bearings.
The lineup for the celebrity guests from the realm of film and television this weekend is impressive, with stars from Firefly/Castle, Walking Dead, Arrow, Star Trek, (both the TV and movie versions) as well as beloved stars such as Carrie Fisher, Dean Cain and Linda Hamilton. Fans will have the opportunity to get autographs and have their photo taken with the stars, as well as attend Q&A panels with the celebrities throughout the weekend. ~Photos by Joanne Chu-Fook
