The 18-year-old actress, who is dating her HSM co-star Zac Efron, is seen posing nude in a hotel room. She reportedly took the photo as a surprise for him. Hudgens' representative confirmed that the photograph is of Hudgens, explaining to Us Weekly: "This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public."
