Lindsay Lohan will pose in the buff to advertise her new line of purses. The actress, who has to wear a court-ordered alcohol monitoring SCRAM bracelet on her ankle, is focussing on her 6126 fashion line, which is expanding to include accessories -- when movie roles are scarce, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do to feed her (shopping) addiction. She's decided to incorporate handbags into her fashion line and will be licensing them through The California Bag. For the ads, Lohan plans to pose nude and roll around on a bed. Hm, not sure how the handbag fits into that picture or why that would make the purses more enticing to women. California Bag executive Richard Luna told LA magazine: "We're thinking of having police on hand so we can remove the ankle bracelet for the pictures." He also added that if the police don't cooperate (and we don't see any reason they should -- they must have more important things to do), they can airbrush the bracelet out of the photos.
I'm sure her the way her ribs and vertebrea poking through skin will do wonders for the sales of the purse.

I'm thinking the purse has a secret compartment for alcohol and coke ;)

I am not sure what the point of posing in the nude has to do with the advertising of the handbags. Perhaps, I have to read my advertising notes again! lol! I took advertising courses in college. I thought the the pt of advertising was bring similar ideas or relate them. I fail to see what posing and handbags have to do with each other. Is the nudeness suppose to represent clothes and that you need to accessorize with the handbags? I am confused!!!
I am hoping we get to see her "muff purse". And no airbrushing it! Maybe these ads are aimed at men. Guys love ads with nude women and when they are thinking about giving their girlfriend a gift...this image pops in their head and they will go out of their way to get them one of Lohans sweet, silky, velvety, warm, moist "handbag" ;)
Pick up a cosmo people, more naked women in there than Maxim! Makes no sense, but apparently the only way to sell something sexy to a woman, is to show a sexier woman using it, though a purse ...hmmmm. IDK
