Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was sentenced in September to 50 months in prison on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, may be spending more time behind bars.
His original sentencing has already been changed from a release date of May 8, 2026 to June 4, 2026 by the Bureau of Prisons. No official reason has been given, but he allegedly broke prison rules when he was caught drinking homemade alcohol made of Fanta, sugar and fermented apples, although his spokesperson has denied the allegation. Some sources believe the change may be due to Judge Arun Subramanian recalculating the sentence he'd handed out earlier.
However, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is now investigating the rapper for crimes that took place in 2020 and 2021.
During the 2020 incident, Diddy allegedly invited a male music producer to a Los Angeles warehouse for a photo shoot, where Diddy allegedly exposed himself, masturbated on a shirt and asked the man to perform a sex act on him. When the man refused, Diddy threw the shirt at him.
The same man is involved in the 2021 incident, wherein Diddy allegedly sexually assaulted him. The victim's name has not been divulged.
Diddy is also facing other lawsuits involving allegations of sexual violence. It's believed that Diddy will first enjoy some freedom due to the slow movement of the justice system in the United States. ~Alexandra Heilbron

Heath Ledger and Billy Bob Thornton are prison guards? Seriously Diddy basically got away with it. He was on video beating the crap out of his girlfriend! He's got issues. He needs to see psychological help as well as increased prison time.

I am appalled at the few months this POS received after his trial!!! I agree with all the comments above. They should never let this egotistical, arrogant, pig out of jail!!! I am also sick of these "RICH" entitled elites getting slapped on the wrists for doing horrific crimes!! It keeps on happening and you can now see why "victims" don't like to speak out because there is never any real justice!!!
Unfortunately this is not just the rich and famous beating a woman or children is an acceptable practice in the United States. It makes me sick! I have been the executive Director of a domestic violence center in my prior career and we had an incident where a gentleman broke a young ladies arm And kicked her out of the house. He also kicked your dog out. He got no jail time whatsoever. After he kicked her and the dog out she went into her neighbor’s garage and took a bowl of dog food that belong to the neighbor. She got six months and four days in jail. I also am the adoptive parent of four children whose father raped them they were removed from the home three times before they finally made it permanent. He spent a total of 10 days in jail. He was also told he was to never be in the presence of a minor alone again for the rest of his life. He moved to Texas and had two more children.
