Born: November 06, 1992

Robert Aramayo was born in Kingston upon Hull, England. He began acting at age seven, playing the title role in the musical Bugsy Malone in a primary school production. He later attended Hull’s Wyke College and in 2011 earned a place at the Juilliard School in New York City.

His performance as Alex in a Juilliard production of A Clockwork Orange led to his first film role in Lost in Florence. Between 2016 and 2017, he appeared as a younger version of Eddard Stark in seasons six and seven of Game of Thrones.

Robert gained early recognition as William S. Harley in Harley and the Davidsons (2016) and appeared in Nocturnal Animals (2016) alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Amy Adams. He went on to build a varied filmography with roles in The Standoff at Sparrow Creek (2018), Eternal Beauty (2019), and The King’s Man (2021). In 2022, he took on the role of Elrond in the Prime Video series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.

He delivered acclaimed performances in Palestine 36 (2025) and I Swear (2026), earning widespread praise for his work in the latter, which also secured him the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role and the BAFTA Rising Star Award, making him the first actor to win both in the same year.
