All We Asked For Was a Receipt- Then the Police Were Called

To this day, we are still shocked by what happened. What started as a simple request for a receipt turned into a scene that felt like it belonged in a Hollywood movie. We were not asking for free food, compensation, or special treatment. We were simply trying to obtain documentation regarding a charge that appeared on our card after we never received the food we ordered. Instead of receiving answers, we were met with hostility. The manager became increasingly rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He repeatedly interrupted us, refused to answer basic questions, and at one point stated that he did not want to talk to me. He was not wearing a name tag and refused to provide his name when requested. The most surreal part was watching him instruct employees not to speak with us. Hearing a manager tell staff, “Don’t talk to them,” while we were simply requesting a receipt was something we never expected to experience. The employees appeared uncomfortable, and we felt completely isolated and dismissed. What continues to bother us is that we had physically seen a receipt showing a charge and the last digits of our card number. Our credit card also showed a pending transaction amount consistent with what we had ordered. Yet we were repeatedly told there was no receipt. Eventually, we were given a receipt showing a $0 balance, but it was not itemized and did not explain what had been ordered, what had been voided, or why the balance was now zero. To this day, we still do not have the itemized receipt we requested. Rather than helping us understand what happened, the manager escalated the situation. A simple customer service conversation turned into threats to call the police, followed by an actual police response. We complied with everything we were asked to do, yet we were left feeling as though we had somehow become the problem simply because we asked questions about a charge connected to our card. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! I have gone to the RSM theater many times and it has always been bad but I was so hoping they would get their act together. Nope I got popcorn and after eating most of it I found a dirty rag in the bottom of the bowl, they wouldn't let me bring in my lunch leftovers it was way to hot to put them in the car, they told me I couldn't take my service dog in with me that was the last straw. The time before this I was in the hospital after eating their food with severe food poisoning.

Best Theatre in area

It's a wonderful theatre, comfortable seats, the concessions have had some hiccups with a broken oven, but it doesn't affect the movie or comfort , be patient there are all kind of supply chain issues.
