Bau: Artist at War is an epic love story set against the backdrop of WWII, based on the true story of Jewish artist Joseph Bau, whose underground work helped save dozens during the Holocaust — including forging the documents that allowed him to marry his fiancée Rebecca while imprisoned in a Nazi camp. Their wedding was famously depicted in Schindler’s List.
